About Helen Krayenhoff

I have been painting with watercolors for about 10 years. My love of growing things informs my choice of content. Plants (both edible and ornamental), vegetables and fruits are my favorite things to paint.

Before I owned a plant nursery (Kassenhoff Growers), I had been involved in graphic design, printing and publishing for many years. This background helps me visualize images with text. Illustration is a new manifestation of my vision and I am excited to see where it will lead me . . .
